Once an order is placed, we begin preparing your shipment immediately to ensure prompt delivery. Therefore, we can only accept cancellation requests within two hours of the order being placed. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Non-Arrival of Product:
Our estimated shipping time is between 4 to 6 business days., excluding a preparation period of 1-2 days. If your product has not arrived within 15 days, we kindly ask for your patience and suggest allowing up to 20 days for potential delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, postal delays, or customs. If your product has not arrived after 25 days, we will issue a full refund.

Damaged Products:

Defective or Broken Products:
